I am on a balcony that over looks the whole of London in a bell tent. We are having a jam and i am really living the dream. I have always dreamed of moments like these when you realise the richness and abundance of life. When friendship, connection, music and magic fills you so completely that the worries about money, failure, the unknown become silent and the realness of life shines through.

There is so much unknown going on in my life right now. We are flying at 3,000 feet and at every moment I know that there is a possibility of going into freefall. And yet, when this seems a possibility something comes along to take us higher and further than we thought possible.

This is a time of magic and mayhem and a sense of urgency for change is gripping me while I struggle to remain patient and trust the natural flow of the river. There is no way I can control this white water, all I can do is let go and enjoy the journey…..

Just as it was in the Amazon Jungle, the Urban Jungle is just as powerful, magical and life changing. Just fully let go and allow the dance to take you. All we need to do is trust this flow will protect and keep us safe.

I still find that challenging. I have an inherent victim within me that does not trust this flow and so doubts at every corner. However, recently there have been so many corners that good news is turning into bad news is turning into good news. I can no longer judge the situation in the moment.

This amazing experience is showing me that its the judgment that keeps us in the cycle of pain and pleasure. Once we stop judging and start accepting that everything is perfect in the moment we start to really enjoy life.

When we embrace ourselves fully, the light and the dark,we realise that one is servicing the other and both are equally important. We can really let go and have fun.

This is true freedom.

This second full moon in Scorpio is going to be intense. It is perfect timing to really get to the heart of the matter. Scorpio is inviting us to plunge down into our inner depths to reveal truth, enabling us to make a change. Change is a scary thing and most of us would rather hold on to what we know than dive into the unknown for something better.

So the moon, our guiding light, has blessed us with two moons in Scorpio to enable us to really go to the hidden depths. The first moon uncovered a number of dark secrets that had been hidden for a while. Now this second moon will show us the resolution.

Feelings and emotions that have been coming up for you over this last moon cycle can have their completion during this moon cycle. The more we are able to let go and remain balanced and calm when the storms hit the more we can also see the sun. As Dolly Parten once said ‘If you wanna have rainbows, you gotta put up with the rain!’
