With over 25 years of experience, these Reset Retreats are a safe space to dive deep into your heart with a trained Shaman. You will be guided safely, properly and professionally, to ensure you get the healing and support you need.

These profound and transformational Reset Retreats can help you resolve past traumas, negative ruminations, reduce anxiety, and forge a healthy, loving and deeply healing relationship with yourself and the world.

 However, this is more than just a Retreat.

Rebekah will guide you on a journey to deeply connect with Mother Earth, release trauma, heal old wounds, and remove blockages and fears, so you can reset, recharge and rejuvenate.

The Retreat begins at 5pm on the Friday and finishes at 3.30-4pm on Sunday:

FRIDAY

Evening: Dinner, Opening Circle, and Relaxation Visualisation, Night Swim and Hot Tub

SATURDAY

Morning: Free time, Swim, Chill, Holistic Treatments (optional extra)
Afternoon: Ceremony
Evening: Dinner, Integrate, Night Swim, Hot tub

SUNDAY

Morning: Nature Walk, Integrate
Afternoon: Closing Circle
